SHIPPING POLICY
* We only ship Monday thru Wednesday because of the perishable nature of our product. Orders received on Thursday thru Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders will be shipped after they are received and processed, usually the next day.
* A signed signature is mandatory for receiving your order due to the sensitivity of temperature of our confections.
* A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the order is shipped. If you did not receive an e-mail with a tracking number, it may be due to an incorrect e-mail address or by having a spam blocker attached to your e-mail account. In the latter case, please check your suspect mail box for your confirmation. Please review your order confirmation and make sure that your order is correct. If there is any incorrect information, reply immediately to the e-mail with the correct information.
* Temperature sensitive items are shipped in specialty packaging with ice packs.
* Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes or FPO Boxes.
* Returns - Our warehouse facility is not setup to accept returns. All orders are final because food can be contaminated. No refunds will be granted.
